Major later living provider Housing 21 is in merger talks with smaller care and support provider Extra Care Charitable Trust (ECCT) Birmingham-based Housing 21, which manages 22,000 homes and has turnover of £224m, has announced it is in discussions with ECCT about joining together into a combined group.
