Chris Coley has been internally promoted to group managing director, while Luke Herring has stepped up as regional director, and Chris Clingo has been hired as managing director for Yorkshire.

Coley, who was previously managing director, now has overall responsibility for the operational delivery of Honey’s developments across its operating regions of Yorkshire and the Midlands.

Meanwhile, Herring has been promoted from his previous role of land director after joining Honey just over two years ago from housebuilder Vistry Group. In his new position, he is responsible for the growth and delivery of Honey’s development activity across the housebuilder’s Central region.

Clingo was recruited from Doncaster-based housebuilder Keepmoat Homes, where he was regional managing director. He will now be overseeing and expanding Honey’s development activity across Yorkshire.

Mark Mitchell, Honey chief executive, said: “To accelerate our sustainable, profitable growth plans across Yorkshire and the Midlands, we need to have the right senior people in place.

“These three appointments are key to achieving our ambitions. As individuals, they each possess excellent experience and have the drive and capability to build upon the extraordinary momentum we have achieved so far.
