Landlord recruits new integration director from Peabody
Chime Housing, the provider created by the merger between Thrive Homes and Watford Community Housing, has announced two senior appointments.

Amy Fox, current director of people and governance, will join Chime’s executive team as chief people and governance officer after four years at Watford Community Housing.
The newly-created role “reflects the importance of people and governance to Chime Housing”, the landlord said, as the two organisations fully integrate over the next 12-18 months.
The 13,500-home provider has also recruited Carl Byrne as integration director from Peabody, where he was director of transformation. The new role “represents a crucial addition to the leadership team during this period of transition.”
Paul Richmond, chief executive of Chime Housing, said: “[Fox’s] role will ensure that we build a collaborative culture where everyone feels empowered to deliver for our customers and communities.
“[Byrne] will help to steer us through this period of change, ensuring that as we come together as a new community gateway housing association, we continue to provide good-quality homes and services, nurture our communities and deliver much-needed new homes.”
Chime Housing was formed in June 2026 and operates across Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.
