Mark Fowler has moved over to become finance director of Weston’s British Offsite subsidiary
Weston Homes is looking for a new finance director after Mark Fowler moved over to be the FD of subsidary British Offsite.
Fowler was divisional finance director of Weston Homes, the housebuilding arm of the Weston Group. British Offsite, set up with Weston’s money but now an independent company, creates a light gauge steel panel system.
A spokesperon for the group said: “British Offsite is expanding its MMC factory so needs financial advice hence the move.”
Weston Homes saw its profit soar six-fold last year. The Essex-based housebuilder announced this month it had taken possession of a £40m MMC factory, with which it plans to supply itself and other developers with up to 4,000 steel-frame homes per year.
Fowler came from housebuilder City & Country in 2021. Stuart Thomas remains as the Weston Group’s finance director.
