Marie Kiddell was government agency’s assistant director for the North before joining 36,000-home landlord
Housing association Thirteen has appointed Marie Kiddell as its new development and partnerships director.

Kiddell joined the Teesside-based landlord from Homes England, where she was assistant director for the North.
She is a qualified town planner and has previously worked at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, Sport England and regional development agency One NorthEast.
Kiddell is leading Thirteen’s development and regeneration strategy, including land acquisitions, housing-led regeneration and its delivery of the social and affordable homes programme.
Thirteen owns and manages more than 36,000 homes across England’s North East, Yorkshire and Humber regions.
It achieved C1, G1 and V1 ratings from the Regulator of Social Housing earlier this year.
