Martin Medlycott joins newly merged landlord from Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing
SettleParadigm has appointed Martin Medlycott as its new group chief information officer.

He will be responsible for leading the technology, digital and data strategy at the 27,000-home social landlord, which formed through a merger completed in October.
Medlycott joined the housing association after serving as chief information officer and data protection officer at Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH), where he designed and delivered a major transformation programme following a merger.
Nicola Ewen, deputy chief executive at SettleParadigm said: “We are thrilled to welcome Medlycott to SettleParadigm and look forward to him contributing to the delivery of our merger business case and corporate strategy.”
Medlycott was previously global director of technology, data, operations at media company DC Thomson, global data transformation programme director at advertising services firm WPP and global head of product, projects and programme delivery at technology company Thomson Reuters.
He is also a fellow at the Chartered Institute for IT.
