Persimmon Homes lodges plans for 550 new homes in Cornwall

If approved, 30% would be ringfenced for a housing association

Persimmon Homes’ Cornwall & West Devon arm has submitted a proposal to deliver 550 new homes in Wadebridge, Cornwall. 

The housebuilder has lodged a hybrid planning application with Cornwall Council , seeking outline permission for up to 400 homes and full approval for an additional 150 as the scheme’s initial phase.
