Natalie Wilkinson, a board member since 2022, has succeeded former chair Dennis Bradley, who retired on 18 September after reaching the end of his nine-year term.

Wilkinson previously led the InsightXchange tenant forum to improve service delivery at the housing association, which manages 8,800 homes across County Durham.

She said she is “excited to build on the board’s strong foundations and to support Livin to continue to grow”.

Meanwhile, Elaine Middleton, Paul Stephens, Joanne Race, and Jenny Davidson have joined the non-executive team this year.
