James Adams moves from project director post at the Places for People subsidiary
Igloo Regeneration has appointed James Adams to the newly created post of head of construction.

Adams has spent the last eight years as project director at the Places for People-owned developer and was previously senior project manager at Mace Group and project manager for South Downs at the National Trust.
In his new role, he will oversee procurement, risk management and delivery performance at the B-corp firm.
Peter Connolly, chief executive at Igloo, said the head of construction title was created “to ensure we have the leadership and expertise in place to support the next phase of the business.”
Igloo is a wholly owned subsidiary of Thriving Investments, part of the Places for People group.
