Green light for 991 homes as part of Coventry regeneration plan

Hill Group and Shearer’s City Centre South plans expected to deliver 1,550 new homes overall

The first phase of a 1,550-home project to regenerate Coventry city centre has been approved.

Shearer Property Regen, a joint venture between property investor Shearer and housebuilder Hill Group, has been given the green light to built 991 homes as part of the City Centre South project.
