Countryside signs 5,000-home BTR agreement with Sigma Capital
The Vistry subsidiary will deliver a further 5,000 build to rent homes for Sigma over the next five years
Countryside Partnerships has signed an updated agreement with build-to-rent (BTR) provider Sigma Capital to deliver 5,000 homes.
Countryside will deliver the 5,000 new homes for Sigma’s BTR brand Simple Life Homes across several UK regions in the next five years.
