Phase two of the Cambridge Road Estate regeneration in Kingston will deliver 25% council rented homes
Vistry and Kingston council have secured approval for phase two of the Cambridge Road Estate regeneration, set to deliver 2,170 new homes in total.

Of the 383 new homes confirmed for the upcoming build stage, 94 (25%) will be for council rent.
Designed by architects BPTW, the plans also include more than 700 cycle spaces, around 120 parking spaces, around 100 new trees and over 2,000 sq m of play space.
The permission follows completion of 250 homes in phase one, with a further 202 units and a new community centre currently underway.
The entire project, which will be delivered over 10 to 12 years, was given hybrid planning consent in 2022, with the first phase receiving full permission and outline consent agreed for phases two to five.
It will provide a mix of homes for council rent, shared ownership and market sale.
