G15 landlord recruits new chief property officer and director of people strategy and culture
Housing association A2Dominion has appointed a new chief property officer and a new director of people strategy and culture.

Mark Moore will join the 38,000-home landlord as chief property officer this month. He has most recently served as director of compliance and building safety at The Guinness Partnership, where he oversaw regulatory compliance, building safety and asset investment.
A2Dominion has also recruited Grace Marguerie to start in March 2026 as its new director of people strategy and culture. She succeeds Fiona Regan, who has been leading the directorate on an interim basis.

Marguerie will join from drug, alcohol and mental health charity With You, where she was executive director of people and inclusion. Her previous experience includes directorial roles at NICE, Places for People Group, Cambian Group and CIC, where she delivered programmes in culture change, leadership development and employee engagement.
A2Dominion is part of the G15 group of landlords and operates across London and southern England. It reported an annual turnover of £421.5m in the year to March 2025.
