Andrew Warner is A2 Dominion’s first chief repairs officer

Warner joins from housing association the Guinness Partnership, having led its subsidiary Shepherds Bush Housing Association into a merger with Guinness.

The new role was created by splitting the current chief property officer position, which comprised responsibility for repairs and maintenance and development.

Responsibility for development and regeneration will now sit with the chief executive while the chief property officer role will remain but focus on property investment, building safety, and the long-term sustainability of our housing assets. Michael Reece is leaving the chief property office role to go into consultancy.

A2Dominion chief executive Ian Wardle said: “The creation of the new chief repairs officer role shows our commitment to and focus on improving our day-to-day repairs and maintenance service.”

The housing association manages more than 38,000 homes across London and southern England.

A2 Dominion carried out 95,000 responsive repairs in 2023/24, with repairs completed withing 14 days on average.
