Vistry and Kier secure approval for 343 homes in Berkshire
The joint venture will deliver 35% affordable housing
Vistry Group and Kier Property, part of Kier Group, have received full planning permission for 343 homes in South Wokingham, Berkshire.
The properties at Holme Meadows will be mixed-tenure, with 65% for private sale and 35% for affordable housing.
