SettleParadigm rebrands as Lifestone Homes following completion of full merger

SettleParadigm has announced it will be known as Lifestone Homes from 1 October following its full amalgamation.

Settle joined Paradigm as a subsidiary last October to create a 31,000-home group operating across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Settle has now been folded fully into Paradigm. Settle’s assets and liabilities have been moved to Paradigm Charitable Homes Association through a transfer of engagements.

The Settle and Paradigm brands end on 30 September after which time the Lifestone Homes brand will be rolled out.

Nicola Ewen, acting chief executive of SettleParadigm, said: “This marks another milestone in our merger journey as we come together under a new name.

“Our focus will stay the same - providing homes and services people can rely on, so they have firm foundations for living their lives.”
