Rentplus Homes under investigation for potential ‘serious failings’ regarding governance and financial viability
The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has placed Rentplus Homes Limited on its gradings under review (GUR) list.

RSH said it is currently investigating matters “which may indicate serious failings” by the small registered provider in delivering the outcomes of the governance and financial viability standards.
The Milton Keynes-based landlord has fewer than 1,000 social housing units and is therefore not eligible for regulatory grading.
Rentplus Homes has been approached for comment.
In 2024, the provider reported an income of £962,000, while operating costs stood at £1m.
It operates on a rent to buy model, in which it gifts renters a deposit equivalent to 10% of the value of the home.
RSH places landlords on the GUR list where investigation is ongoing to alert stakeholders to its concerns.
