Housebuilder has acquired a site near Maidstone

Redrow is set to develop 302 homes in Maidstone after buying a 26-acre site in the south east of the Kent town.

The housebuilder will see land at Bicknor Farm turned into a new community featuring one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses – with 30% of the new homes due to be sustainable.
