Ceri Theobald has departed from Lincolnshire Housing Partnership

Ceri Theobald, who joined the 12,000-home housing association last August, has stepped down due “to pursue other opportunities”, according to a spokesperson for LHP. No other reason has been given by LHP for his departure.

The group has appointed Shaun Harley as interim chief executive for a 12-month period while it seeks to recruit a permanent successor. Harley was previously executive director of people and change.

Nicola Ebdon, executive director of governance and regulation, has been appointed interim deputy chief executive for the same period.

Anthony Read, chair of LHP, said: “These interim appointments provide stability for customers, colleagues and our partners; supporting continuity in delivering our priorities as we go through the process of recruiting for the permanent role.”

Harley has worked for LHP since 2022 as an executive director, during which time he led on redeveloping the association’s Everyday Better transformation programme.

He worked for several years for Homes England in a number of roles and is also a mentor for the Housing Diversity Network and a board member at Peaks & Plains Housing Trust.

Theobald had joined LHP from Futures Housing Group, where he served as group director of strategic partnerships & growth.
