Stuart Phillips will continue leading west Wales business on top of wider responsibilities

Stuart Phillips, Persimmon’s new regional MD for Wales 

Philipps will continue to serve in his current role as MD for the housebuilder’s west Wales business alongside his new wider responsibilities.

He will work with the firm’s MD for the East Wales region, Lee Hawker, to support Persimmon’s work with local authorities, registered social landlords and other partners to deliver new homes across Wales.

Persimmon completed more than 10,000 homes across the UK last year and was the fourth biggest firm in Housing Today’s exclusive Top 50 Housebuilders list.
