Housing scheme at London hospital site gets green light

Project will be built at Lambeth hospital

An NHS trust’s plans for a major 570-home housing scheme on the site of Lambeth hospital in south London have been given the green light.

The plans, which were drawn up by ESA Archiitecture and approved by Lambeth council last week, will see the 2.54 ha plot transformed to residential use after being a hospital for 150 years.
