Harworth says housebuilder demand ‘robust’ despite market turmoil
Regeneration developer hails progress in 2022 but says year ahead ’challenging’
Regeneration developer Harworth said it continued to see “robust demand” from housebuilders for its land in the year to 31 December 2022, in a trading update.
The firm said it completed sales for 2,236 residential plots last year, up from 1,411 the year before, with prices in line with, or ahead of June 2022 valuations. It has the potential deliver 29,311 plots from the pipeline.
