Gary Hardy has been given a permanent role following interim position
Greensquare Accord has appointed Gary Hardy as its permanent chief customer officer.

Hardy was previously acting as interim chief customer officer since April 2025 following his role as programme director.
He originally joined the 26,000-home housing association in 2024 from Midland Heart, where he served as director of housing, overseeing income management, allocations, and housing management.
Ruth Cooke, chief executive at Greensquare Accord, said: “Hardy was the standout candidate in a really strong field and will lead on our work to transform customer experience.”

The landlord is based in West Bromwich and operates across the West Midlands and the South West.
It was formed through a merger of Green Square Group and Accord Housing in April 2021.
