Docklands development will feature more than 300 flats

Canary Wharf Group’s new build-to-rent arm Vertus is launching its first development on the privately-owned Canary Wharf estate in east London.

Called 10 George Street, the development features 327 flats ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. It is one of three build-to-rent schemes launching in the area next year.
