Proposed scheme at Sutton-on-Hull will deliver biodiversity net gain of at least 10%
Beal Homes has submitted plans for a 418-home scheme in Hull.
The £72m-turnover family-owned business is planning to build the scheme in Sutton-upon-Hill.
The scheme, designed by Framework Architects, includes a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes, public open space and landscaping. The plans include additional trees to deliver biodiversity net gain of 10 per cent or more.

Chris Murphy, land director at Beal, said: “This proposed development has been designed to create a seamless blend between urban, city living and the natural surroundings on a site allocated for housing in the Hull Local Plan.”
