Avant Homes Scotland has submitted plans to build a 230-home development in the village of Netherburn in south Lanarkshire.

The housebuilder’s proposed £51m Southburn View development will consist of a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes. The scheme will feature 13 house types, including terraced, semi-detached and detached homes in addition to townhouses
