Sovereign and Network merger officially completes

Associations now form one 82,000-home group

Sovereign yesterday officially merged with Network to create a new 82,000-home association.

The associations together plan to invest £9.2bn over 10 years to build 25,000 homes, which they say is nearly 4,000 more than they were planning to build individually.
