Boards rubber stamp Sovereign and Network merger
Final approval for 82,000-home housing group set to be formed on 1 October
The boards of Sovereign and Network have formally given the green light for the associations to merge in a little over three weeks’ time.
The associations will merge on 1 October 2023, with Network initially joining as a subsidiary. The associations will then look to a full amalgamation, in which Network will no longer exist as a separate entity, in April 2025.
