Wates wins £600m Harrow regen role

Firm to start work on scheme for 1,400 homes next February

Wates Residential has been named as Harrow council’s development partner for its £600m regeneration programme.

The council’s cabinet approved the decision to appoints Wates as the development partner late last week for a 50/50-owned development vehicle, the Harrow Strategic Development Partnership HSDP).
