Telford Homes has appointed a former director of Delancey Lesley Chen Davison, who has much built-to-rent experience, as its chief operating officer. 

Chen Davison will join the London-focused housebuilder’s executive committee and head up the execution of the firm’s business strategy, investment and development management. She is keen on focusing on digital innovation and will report to Telford’s chief executive Anne Kavanagh, who was appointed in June last year.
