Jonathan Layzell to succeed Nicholas Harris
Stonewater has named Jonathan Layzell as its new chief executive officer.
His appointment follows Nicholas Harris’s announcement in April of his intention to stand down after almost a decade in the role.
Layzell joined Stonewater in 2015, having previously held a number of roles with Raglan HA for the previous decade.
He started as assistant director of development at Stonewater, becoming executive director of developer and then chief officer for customer experience and growth.
He will take up his new role with immediate effect. Outgoing CEO Harris will remain with Stonewater until autumn to support the transition.

Stonewater chairman, Sheila Collins, said Layzell was “the most compelling choice to build on Stonewater’s success”.
Layzell played a key role in establishing Stonewater’s successful strategic partnership with Homes England and is a leading voice on sector sustainability and design innovation.
