Southern Housing increases new-build activity
Southern Housing is planning to build nearly 500 homes across six developments in London and the South-east as part of its three-year corporate plan.
Southern Housing is planning to build nearly 500 homes across six developments in London and the South-east as part of its three-year corporate plan.
Work on the 488 homes has either started or is due to get underway in the next few months. Nearly three-quarters of the eventual properties (72%) will be affordable.
