The 245,000-home housing association has appointed Andrew Usher as its group managing director for developments.

Usher was previously Places for People’s (PfP) group development director, which he started in May 2023 when he joined the housing association from Vistry-owned Countryside Partnerships.

In the role, Usher will oversee all the PfP Developments team, which it says has the largest development pipeline in the social housing sector.
