Michael McDonaugh has been with housing association for three years
The group chief executive of Paragon Asra Housing Limited is set to step down.
The organisation, commonly known as PA Housing, owns and manages more than 24,600 homes in London, Surrey and the East Midlands.
Its current group chief executive, Michael McDonagh, joined the firm in 2023 having spent most of his career at KPMG, where he had been UK chief operating officer.
PA Housing has announced that McDonagh will step down in the first quarter of 2026.
“Michael will leave having overseen a pivotal change in strategy and the Board is immensely grateful for his tenacity, leadership and relentless commitment over the last three years,” the firm said in a statement.
“We wish him every success and happiness in his future endeavours.”
It added that the board “have some time to consider our options” and that it would make announcements about future leadership “in due course”.
It is not clear why McDonagh has left PA Housing. Housing Today has asked the landlord for more information.
