Building society working with Igloo Regeneration to build homes on former university campus site

Nationwide Building Society has had its plans to build 239 new homes on a brownfield site in Swindon approved by the local council.

Working with Manchester-based Igloo Regeneration and architects Metropolitan Workshop and PRP, Nationwide will start building a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom homes for sale or rent, plus 71 affordable one, two and three-bedroom apartments before the end of this year.

First homes on the scheme are expected to be ready for residents from the spring of 2021.
