Ying Wu and TIm Sanders have joined Hyde Group’s board

The G15 landlord, which manages 118,000 homes, announced Ying Wu and Tim Sanders as new full board members.

Wu is a qualified solicitor and a director at consultancy Fingleton advising executives and boards on competition and regulatory strategy. She will also sit on the group’s housing services committee.

Sanders is an experienced project manager who is currently a senior surveyor at Modus Construction Consultants. He has also worked in commercial and project management in the US banking and technology sectors, for clients including Google, Intel, Barclays and Citibank. Sanders will sit on Hyde’s investment committee.

The two appointments follow Debbie Ellison joining the Hyde board in 2024, meaning three residents now sit one board.

Mike Kirk, chair of the Hyde Group, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Ying and Tim to the board.

“Along with Debbie, they’ll help ensure the group board and its committees make informed decisions to co-create services based on feedback and active engagement with customers, to ensure their homes are safe, decent and affordable, and are based in communities people are proud of.”
