Morgan Sindall subsidiary announces latest appointment as it eyes rapid expansion

Lovell Later Living has appointed the development director of housing association Home Group as its customer experience director.

The firm, part of Morgan Sindall Group PLC, has hired Teresa Snaith as part of an “internal restructure” as it seeks to increase its turnover from the £30m recorded for the year ending 31 December. John Leary, interim MD at Lovell Later Living earlier this year said the firm’s intention was to more than triple turnover to £100m within three years.

Snaith, who has worked in the development of specialist housing for 30 years, will “lend her expertise in leading the development and delivery of innovative independent living solutions to drive the achievement of LLL’s strategic ambition”, a spokesperson for Lovell later Living said.

The move follows the appointment of Engie director Paula Broadbent as managing director earlier this year.

Broadbent said: “The restructuring of the team and Teresa’s appointment underline’s our renewed commitment to supporting our Partners to accelerate the delivery of vital specialist housing with access to care and support.

”In her role Teresa will ensure we create the right environment for people to live well and age well, creating places which put older age of the heart of the community and deliver appropriate housing for later life, with access to vital services which supports people to remain in their own home.’
