Ciaran Aldridge given job following senior positions at McCarthery Stone and Aldi
Housebuilder Keepmoat has recruited Ciaran Aldridge as its new regional managing director for East Yorkshire.

In his new role, Aldridge will focus on implementing land, construction and leadership strategies across East Yorkshire to deliver new affordable homes on brownfield sites in the region.
Aldridge has 18 years of experience in the property sector and has previously served as national property director at Aldi and divisional managing director at McCarthy Stone.
He joined Keepmoat following the promotion of former regional managing director, Dan Crew, to divisional chair.
Keepmoat’s Yorkshire East branch most recently started construction at the third phase of its Kingfields Park development in Hull, set to deliver 114 new homes.
The firm has built over 35,000 homes since it was set up in 1931.
