Hub, the London-based residential developer, has appointed Damien Sharkey as the firm’s managing director, two months after he left the firm.

Sharkey went to work for Circle, a residential consultancy business, in March this year after nearly five years at Hub, but returned when offered the managing director role.

He replaces Steve Sanham, who left Hub after six years with the firm.
