I recently had the privilege of signing the armed forces covenant on behalf of Peabody. This is a voluntary public pledge organisations can make to show support for the military community. I’m pleased that we’re making the commitment and equally determined to make sure that it leads to some meaningful outcomes, particularly around talent, careers, procurement and communities.
