Holbeche Place masterplan moves forward
Habiko, a company owned by Pension Insurance Corporation, Muse and Homes England, has received reserved matters approval from Solihull Council for phase two of its 1,600-home Holbeche Place masterplan.

The second phase of the development will deliver 228 one and two-bedroom low-carbon homes for affordable rent set at 20% below the local market rent in the city centre.
Residents will have access to a shared landscaped garden, cycle storage and parking spaces with EV chargers.
The wider Holbeche Place masterplan will also provide independent shops, cafes, restaurants and public spaces, close to Solihull Station, Birmingham International Station and the future HS2 station.
The Habiko joint venture aims to deliver 3,000 affordable homes for rent over the next 12 years across England, equating to around £1bn of completed value. It is targeting up to 100% affordable schemes, with 75% as a minimum.
