Hawkins\Brown has been given the green light by Lambeth council for a 139-home rental scheme in Kennington on a site currently being used as part of works on the Northern Line extension.

The proposals for Connected Living London (CLL), a partnership between Transport for London and developer Grainger, are located across the road from the area’s famous cluster of grade II-listed Victorian gasholders and a short walk from Oval cricket ground.
