Experienced troubleshooter to provide governance advice
Former Livv Housing Group chief executive Léann Hearne has taken up a role as associate director at Ark Housing Consultancy.
Hearne, who left the Merseyside landlord last week after seven years, will work on “offering strategic advisory services in governance, transformation, leadership development, and stakeholder engagement” an Ark spokesperson said.
Hearne has also been drafted on to the board of Notting Hill Genesis as it seeks to regain regulatory compliance and she is also vice chair of Yorkshire Housing and a board member at the Northern Housing Consortium.
Hearne said: “I’m delighted to be joining ARK Consultancy, a business I’ve known and respected for many years, at a time when the housing sector is facing many challenges and opportunities. I’m looking forward to being able to add value and support to a sector and a cause that matters to me.”
In a post on the social media platform LinkedIn last week as she retired from Livv, Hearne said: “It’s not every day you get to do a business turnaround, get top governance ratings, do a full corporate restructure, a full rebrand, build a brilliant culture and build almost 300 new homes each year. It’s been the most amazing journey.”
