Liverpool Street Capital Advisors’ Jason Green has been on the board for the past two years
Dolphin Living has announced a slew of new board appointments and has elected a new chair.
Jason Green, managing partner of Liverpool Street Capital Advisors, has been appointed chair, having served on Dolphin’s board for two years. He brings his 30 years’ experience in real estate.
Setareh Neshati, director of regeneration and development at Westminster City Council, has also been appointed as the Council’s representative on Dolphin’s board.
Meanwhile, three property experts, Darren Parker, Foong-Yee Cross and Jess Wallis, have also joined Dolphin Living’s subcommittees to support the charity in providing homes for discount market rent.
Dolphin owns and manages more than 800 homes across eight London boroughs, letting them out for an average of 61% of market rent to key workers and people on modest incomes.

Olivia Harris, chief executive of Dolphin, said: “Strong governance is critical to delivering on our mission: to provide homes for working Londoners on modest incomes.
”We are looking forward to Jason’s leadership in his capacity as our Chair, the insight from our new sub-committee members and Setareh Neshati’s guidance going forward.
”Their collective expertise will enable Dolphin Living to continue to drive real impact through the delivery, ownership and maintenance of affordable housing.
“Thank you also to Andrew Giblin, our outgoing Chair, for his guidance and unwavering commitment to the charity over the last eight years. Your wise counsel and support has strengthened the charity and we wish you all the best.”
Green said: “Thanks to the leadership of Andrew and Olivia, Dolphin Living is in an excellent position to continue providing high quality homes and services to residents whilst also expanding its portfolio and thus increasing its positive impact across London.
”The recent planning applications at New Era and Mount Close - both set to benefit from significant improvements and the delivery of additional homes - reflect the charity’s clear sense of social purpose and momentum. I’m excited to build on these strong foundations and help guide the charity through its next chapter.”
