Kate Still will join the 125,000-home housing association next month
Clarion Housing Group has announced the appointment of Kate Still as its new chief customer officer.
Still has held chief executive, managing director and chief commercial officer roles in various sectors, including health and social care in addition to housing.
Still was previously the chief operating officer at Castleoak and before that chief operating officer at Citizen, where she was involved in bringing the 30,000-home federated housing group under one single operating model.
She spent six years at the housing and care provider, Sanctuary. Her other roles include advising on equality and diversity at Homes England, head of community investment at RHO along with roles at South East England Development Agency and Hounslow Council.
More recently, Still worked for Home Group, but her position as chief commercial officer was made redundant last year after just five months at the Newcastle-based provider.
She will take over the leadership of Clarion’s customer directorate at the end of August this year, with responsibility for resident services, insight and engagement, housing management and community investment. Still succeeds Michelle Reynolds who stands down after 35 years to Clarion.

Still has previously described herself as “an experienced executive coach - who has worked with executives from global brands to start up founders and charity executives”.
