Plus Dane has also appointed Emma Davison, former chief operations officer at Oldham-based First Choice Homes, along with Dylan Roberts, chief digital and information officer for Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. All three joined Plus Dane on 1 August.

In addition to their role on the board, Davison and Roberts will sit on Plus Dane’s foresight committee, and McTaggart will sit on the audit and assurance committee.

The trio were appointed following the stepping down of Jon Corner, Ann Hoskins and Peter Fahy from the board.

Max Steinberg was appointed chair in April.

Steinberg said: “We are pleased to welcome Emma, Carol and Dylan to the board.

“Their collective expertise and breadth of experience across multiple sectors will bring fresh thinking as we work to strengthen our strategic direction, continue to deliver our current corporate plan, and tackle the challenges facing the housing sector.”

Under its three-year corporate plan, Plus Dane is aiming to build 730 homes and invest £62m in existing properties by 2027.
