Cala submits 200-home development plan to Cambridge City Council

L&G-owned housebuilder plans to build properties with timber frames

Cala has submitted plans to be build 200 new homes on farm land on the edge of Cambridge.

The reserved matters application would see new properties built at Netherhall Farm, a site along Worts’ Causeway which was allocated in the city council’s local plan.
