Tie-up between Hill and Goram Homes will deliver £55m scheme

Goram Homes, the development firm created by Bristol city council, has unveiled plans for 165 homes in the centre of the city in a joint venture with housebuilder Hill.

The £55m JTP-designed scheme is being built on a former caravan site on the “floating harbour” area by the River Avon and will feature one to three-bedroomed homes.
