Lancashire-based housebuilder founded six years ago has pipeline of 1,700 homes

The partnerships housebuilder, which has offices in Preston and Leeds, reported revenue of £48.2m in the year to 31 January, up from £39.5m the previous year. Its pre-tax profit rose 45% from £9.2m to £13.4m over the same period.

The housebuilder completed 270 homes, up from 241 year-on-year.

The firm announced it has a pipeline of around 1,700 homes worth £380m across 21 sites. It said it is aiming to start work on 14 of these developments within the next 12 months.

Breck was founded in 2020 by Andy Garnett, who has previously worked at Barratt and McInerney Homes.
