Avant Homes Scotland gets green light for 260 homes in Fife

Planning granted - Avant Homes will deliver 256 new homes in Cairneyhill (CGI indicative of proposed housetypes to be built)

A quarter of homes in Keelyside View scheme will be for affordable tenures

Avant Homes has received planning permission for 256 new homes in Cairneyhill from Fife Council.

The £68m scheme called Keelyside View will comprise terraced, semi-detached and detached units and townhouses with two to five bedrooms. A quarter of these are designated for affordable housing.
